"the house was spacious and the air conditioning in the bedrooms a godsend. It was very well equipt and maintained. Any small problems were dealt with quickly by Rachel. Although you can easily get around by bus from this property I would still recommend a car to get the best out of the island."

This was our second stay at Fairholme Gardens and we had another fantastic stay. Compared to other accommodation on the island this property offers superb value for money given the facilities and location. The neighbours are very friendly and it is only a five minute walk to the Maxwell main road where you can hop on a bus to anywhere or have a stroll into Oistins! The nearby local beach is a small but quiet strip - perfect for a quick dip in the sea.

"We loved this house - bright, modern and clean and very well equipped. The remote controlled air conditioning in the bedrooms is brilliant. We also thought the location was perfect for us - Maxwell beach is lovely and we liked the fact that this area is close to Oistens and The Gap but not nearly as busy as further up the west coast. Rachel, the lady who looks after the house, was very helpful. Fantastic holiday - would definitely recommend it.

"LOVELY PROPERTY,GREAT LOCATION.WOULD RECOMMEND. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WISH FOR IN THE HOUSE.VERY CLEAN AND ALL MOD CONS. LOTS TO DO IN BARBADOS.WE NEVER WANTED TO RETURN HOME. WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT THE WEATHER AS IT WAS RAINY SEASON BUT WE HAD BRLLIANT SUNSHINE ONLY THE OCCASIONAL LIQUID SUNSHINE. IT WAS LOVELY TO HAVE THE SWIMMING POOL TOO."
